A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Svaz zdravotních pojišťoven, Všeobecná zdravotní pojišťovna, Les Laboratoires Servier, against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 30. 6. 2017, under the no. SUKLS209282/2016 - I. Under article 90 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Administrative Code the operative part 2 and 4 of the decision under appeal is dismissed and the issue is referred back to the State Institute for Drug Control for reappraisal. II. Under article 90 paragraph 5 of the Administrative Code the operative part 1 and 3 of the decision under appeal is dismissed and the decision under appeal is upheld. III. Under article 92 paragraph 1 of the Administrative Code the appeal of the appelant Servier is dismissed.
