A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Egis Pharmaceuticals PLC, against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 21. 4. 2017, under the no. SUKLS52988/2017 - Under article 90 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Administrative Code the operative part 6 – 13 of the decision under appeal is dismissed and the issue is referred back to the State Institute for Drug Control for reappraisal.
