A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Glenmark Pharmaceuticals s.r.o., against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 11. 5. 2017, under the no. SUKLS288197/2016 - I. under article 90 paragraph 4 in connection with article 66 paragraph of the Administrative Code the operative part 4, 13 and 14 of the decision under appeal is dismissed and the proceedings are terminated II. Under article 90 paragraph 5 of the Administrative Code the appeal is dismissed and the rest of the decision under appeal is upheld.
