A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Glaxo Group Limited, against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 29. 9. 2017, under the no. SUKLS182217/2017 - I. Under aricle 90 paragraph 4 in connection with article 66 paragraph 2 of the Administrative Code the operative part 19 of the decision under appeal is dismissed and the proceedings are terminated II. Under aricle 90 paragraph 5 of the Administrative Code the appeal is dismissed and the rest of the decision under appeal is upheld.
