A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Pfizer, spol. s r.o., against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 30. 9. 2016, under the no. SUKLS79693/2014 - I. under article 90 paragraph 4 in connection wtih article 66 paragraph 2 of the Administrative Code the operative part 2, 13, 18, 19 and 20 of the decision under appeal is dismissed and the proceedings are terminated.II. The appeal is dismissed and the rest of the decision under appeal is upheld.
