A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Svaz zdravotních pojišťoven, against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 27. 9. 2016, under the no. SUKLS55717/2016 - I. under article 90 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Administrative Code the operative part 2 The decision is reversed and the matter is referred back to the State Institute for Drug Control for reappraisal. II. under article 90 paragraph 5 of the Administrative Code the operative code the appeal is dismissed and the rest of the decision under appeal is upheld.
