A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Actavis Group PTC ehf., Krka, tovarna zdravil,d.d., against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 11. 3. 2016, under the no. SUKLS157392/2015 - under article 90 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Administrative Code the operative part 6 - 11, 21, 22, 119 - 121 and 142 - 155 of the decision under appeal is reversed and the issue is referred back to the State Institute for Drug Control for reappraisal.
