A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Bristol-Myers Squibb/Pfizer EEIG, against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 29. 9. 2017, under the no. SUKLS240183/2016 - I. under article 90 paragraph 4 in connection with article 66 paragraph 2 of the Administrative Code the operative part 4, 5, 8 and 10 of the decision under appeal is dismissed and the proceedings are terminated II. Under article 90 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Administrative Code  the decision is reversed and the matter is referred back to the State Institute for Drug Control for reappraisal.
