SUKLS217189/2013 - I. under article 90 paragraph 4 in connection with article 66 paragraph 2 of the Administrative Code the operative part 2, 3, 4, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 30, 31, 32, 33 of the decision under appeal is dismissed and the proceedings are terminated. II. The appeal is dismissed and the rest of the decision under appeal is upheld.
